increased heartburn before labor?

I'm *hoping* it's a sign, I've had heartburn for the last 4 months but in the last several days it's at a whole new level of awful. Nothing is helping anymore and I can barely keep any food down or sleep. Anyone else have similar experience before labor? 39+1 and went from feeling pretty decent to miserable in a matter of days. Hoping it's a sign that the end is near lol
