I need opinions please!

Ladies, I need advice. I have been sick for a week with bronchitis and a sinus infection that has caused fluid in my ears😢 so I went to the Dr and she prescribed a steroid and azithromycin (antibiotic). And the Dr said it was safe and if I didn't take it i would only get worse.....so I'm taking it but I just found out they are class 3 drugs and aren't tested on pregnant women.....what do I do? Continue taking it or stop?
