Working out during tww??

Question

Would love to hear stories either way. After my first iui I cut back quite a bit, just had my second iui and looking for advice.

My Dr is pretty strict. I did light jogs prior to my FET and couldn't do it during the TWW. I'm still not jogging bc I'm worried something might happen. No strenuous exercises, nothing that would make my body temp rise. I couldn't even go to the beach even if I was under an umbrella! So all I'm doing right now is walking.

The day of my IUI my doctor told me I could resume any activity & said I could work out right after the procedure. No way I could do that though! I cut back too, but I still lift weights, just not as strenuous
