My neck just all of a sudden this afternoon got very stiff and is painful to move 😔

Contact your doctor immediately. Ours never normal to suddenly develop a stiff neck pregnant or not and could indicate meningitis.

I got stiff neck and my shoulders hurt. I’m 7 weeks

You likely just slept in a funky position, it's hard to get comfortable when you're pregnant. IF you're also feeling ill then there's the possibility of a serious concern. But if you're otherwise feeling okay I would not be concerned at all. Try a warm compress and massage.
