Baby movement?

I'm 18 weeks with a boy and still don't think I've felt movement. How will I know when it's baby and not gas or hunger? What's it feel like for you ladies?

Whenever I feel movement I feel a bit nauseous and my heart races 💕

I felt movement for the first time last night (19w 2d) and the only reason I knew it was baby and not gas passing along (as felt identical!) was that it continued in exactly the same place several times. Then again 30 secs later. Even husband felt it!

This is my second pregnancy and I still can't find the right way to describe it. The best I can come up with is that it feels like if someone is poking you, but on the inside. With my first I didn't feel it until about 22 weeks, and it was way later before I started feeling it consistently.

I'm about a week or so ahead of you. It felt like rumbles at first like popcorn or flutters. Gas tends to hurt. This was just some random movement. 
Now I feel pokes. My husband can feel it if he puts his hand on my belly. But don't worry it sometimes takes a little longer depending on the position of your placenta.
