I supposidly O'd a couple of days ago. The entire time & even now, I had pain fluctuating from side to side, like spasms and definitely lower-mid back pain.

I do have terrible posture so I'm thinking that is the cause of my mid-lower back pain but I'm also thinking that I have Mittelschmerz. I don't know how common it is and I don't remeber O time feeling this painful before.

I feel constipated, like I need to pass gas(LOL) but I didn't. Then I thought I needed to use the restroom and I couldn't.

Another strange thing, I don't think these O tests are positives but they're much more dark then they should be(including photo).

Right now I should be about 2-3 dpo but I've been crampy and sore for about 3-4 days straight. Sometimes during the day it's not as bad and sometimes it's just horrible. I'm not hurtling over in pain but definitely uncomfortable.

Even now I'm still feeling all of this action in the nether regions along with swelling. I'm tempted to hot pack my lower back!

I just want to know if any one else has experienced these symptoms cycle day 19-20 or 2-3 dpo?

Did it result in a BFP?

I've also heard that Mittelschmerz often results in fraternal twins?

Did that happen for you?
