third pregnancy after 2 miscarriages

I took a test yesterday bc my period was due on Monday and I've been cramping but no sign of period, my boobs got sore & my lower back. I had 2 miscarriages last year and this is my third pregnancy, we weren't trying for a baby because I was getting obsessed with it last year so we decided to just go with the flow and when it happens it happens sort of thing. Anyway long story short I am FREAKING out, I cried as soon as the faint line appeared because I am so so scared. It's not sunk in properly but so far I'm not even treating it as a pregnancy because I'm just waiting for it to all go wrong, I can't get excited at all and i don't know how I am going to cope if I have a third miscarriage. Has anyone else been through similar and have any words of wisdom or anything that can help me out. It would be greatly appreciated 😥
