So I want to take my daughter to get her ears pierced as soon as possible because I’ve gotten keloids on my ears from getting them pierced and I was a teenager and twice after that in my early 20s. I just wasn’t meant to have pierced ears. However my husband doesn’t suffer from keloids so I asked the doctor what would the baby’s chances be if she got her ears pierced and she said the earlier I get them pierced the better because of the fact that babies heal differently and the healing process will be better at a younger age. I was against getting her ears pierced until she could ask to get them pierced herself but I’m nervous waiting...thoughts???
