barely ever took my prenatals?

I almost never took prenatals through out pregnancy my dr said I could stop taking them but to eat very good and my diet was still
Pretty bad :( anybody else gone through this and was the baby okay?

Yes. I quit taking mine at 16 weeks and my baby turned out fine. After birth I started taking them again because I am breastfeeding and I have no issues.

I took them three time but when I did I was puking like I had food poisoning so I stopped and kept taking afolic acids I also had a very poor diet

I had really bad nausea and vomiting with my last pregnancy so I skipped my prenatals. My baby weighed 7 lbs 9 oz. I delivered at 35 weeks (but that was due to Incompetent cervix) 
He was big and healthy. He didn't need the nicu.  My son is 8 months and hasn't gotten sick at all.

This time around I took the gummy vitamins until 25 weeks. My baby is weighing 1 week ahead.

Answer

Not everyone takes vitamins and their babies turn out just fine.  If there was a deformity (for example a neural tube defect or heart defect), an ultrasound would have already picked it up.
