Do you guys drink Powerade?

I've had loads of Powerade the past couple days due to horrible leg cramps but I read the ingredients and now I'm worried about it! I'm mostly all natural/clean as far as diet goes. Have you guys drank it pregnant without trouble? Just need to know others do it for a little reassurance ☺️

The only things I drink are water, Powerade and vitamin water. Having a very healthy pregnancy and baby so far!

I have been drinking 1 - 20oz Powerade Zero every day. It's hot here, I work outside a lot and I have issues staying hydrated anyways. Doctor said it's fine and it dosent bother my blood sugar (diabetic).... The sodium is something to watch, if your BP starts going up you may need to stop drinking them. My BP has been perfect since I got pregnant so Dr is fine with it for now.

Bananas are great for leg cramps! I only drink water and natural lemonade but I got dehydrated and drank Gatorade. No issues so far.

Powerade has way too much sugar for a pregnant lady! You needed to find a nausea/gastro drink to replace electrolytes when you're not eating - try searching for hydralyte or gastrolyte. 
They are specifically made for people who are vomiting and have no sugar just potassium and salt.

You can drink tonic water for leg cramps too. The quinine helps with leg cramps, it's sugar free, and it's safe for pregnancy.
