Is it a blood clot? Uterine lining? I'm on my second day of normal (not heavy) period - have never had this. Was so big too. Took a photo next to toilet roll for perspective.

Maybe a miscarriage? I've had clots but never this big, make sure to drink lots of fluids and have some protein especially if you're anemic

Looks like a clot.  They happen occasionally.  If it happens a lot/is accompanied by a lot of pain, you may want to talk to your gynecologist.

It's most likely an impressive chunk of uterine lining. But if you're worried it may have been an early miscarriage, you can still take a pregnancy test if it wasn't long ago.

Looks like decidual cast to me (uterine lining) just quite a hefty chunk all at once, I usually get something like this every now and then & after some VERY intense & painful cramping but then my period tends to ease off a bit afterwards :)
