My dad disowned me when I got pregnant and I moved out, we've had the odd text message here and there but since Christmas ( I had my baby march) the only time weve spoken is when he told me that he was going to 'say goodbye to me' no congrats or well wishes or anything.

Should I still send him a fathers day card?

I was going to write something along the lines of 'enjoy your day, and I hope one day our relationship can be rebuilt and that you'll want to meet your grandson'
