Back and hip pain??

Question

Anybody have any tips to relieve back and hip pain. Im 30 weeks and,it hit me last night while trying to rest a little. It kind of feels like my joints are "stuck" they arent but thats how it feels.

I'd see a chiropractor that specializes in prenatal care and has certifications in the Webster Technique.

Don't just deal with it you don't want it getting worse later on in to pregnancy, I'd say go to a chiropractor like the other ladies. Also non medicated heat pads might help you out, they are my best friend right now lol
