I am 37weeks 5days. Starting having contractions on and off all night, then starting at 7am they became more frequent. By 9am they were 2 minutes apart. We went to L&D and we were sent home because I'm only 1cm dilated but still having constant contractions. Any advice on how to get myself to dilate? FTM.
