For breech babies! Will you/did you plan to have a c section or try to have a vaginal birth? Please comment why 🤗🤗

My baby is frank breech at 34 weeks, I know baby still he time to flip and I'm hoping that happens but I'm starting to consider the options just incase!

If my little one is breech when the time comes, I plan on having a vaginal birth anyways. I knows it's possible. I've seen it done at home births and I really feel that it doesn't necessarily mean a c section is needed. It's just easier and more profitable for the doctors to do a c section in that situation.

I would find a care provider who is willing to perform a vaginal breech delivery. Heads Up is a great documentary about breech birth. Good luck.

I'm high risk and see my OB twice a week now.  Baby has always been head-down, except at my 34w appointment he was breech.  I was really worried but my OB said he has plenty of time and will likely flip.  He said only 3% of babies that are breech at 34w stay that way (honestly I didn't believe him, seems way too low, lol!). This morning I saw my OB again, 34w4d, and baby is head down again.  Long story short, baby will likely flip!  However, if he doesn't, depending on where you are located you might not be able to find a provider who will attempt a vaginal breech delivery.  I took Lamaze over the weekend and the instructor said that locally here they won't even attempt it but there are areas in the south where it's a common practice, for example.

My son was breeched the entire pregnancy. He flipped around 35 weeks!:)

Found out my son was breech at 38 weeks and he was butt first and his feet at his head so i had a csection.

I've never been in that situation. If I was I would likely have a csection.
