Can I take lactaid dairy relief pills I'm 8 weeks pregnant and really am wanting a hott fudge Sunday without having to be sick later and In tons of pain

Thanks! I found on google I could also but just wanted to get other people's thoughts. Unfortunately my lactose issues are not as bad when I'm not pregnant but when I'm pregnant they are so much worst!

I don't see why not. Read the package first. If it says to ask a doctor if you're pregnant, then ask first. If it doesn't mention pregnancy, then I'm sure it's fine. I personally haven't tried it, since it's my husband that needs it, not me.

In the research I did I never found that you can't. But also my lactose intolerance completely went away with my first pregnancy. So cross your fingers that happens!
