Pregnant after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage April 16th 2017. I passed everything. Two weeks later I took a test and it was negative. Now last week I got a positive test.. I didn't have a period in between. So I'm wanting to know how can I find out how far along I am because I don't have any clue..
