I have seen a lot of posts about sons 'painting their nails like mommy' and a lot of rude comments! Like he'll be gay! And people are going to be mean to him. 

   I want to straight up say right now that my job as JDs mother is to teach him not to give a f*** about what other people think and to be passionate about what he loves without hesitation based on what others might say.

 If he wants his nails painted I will do super man designs or butterflies and proudly show him off in public because he likes them. And if anyone says something rude I'll tell JD they're parents taught them to be scared of creative, proud people, and to be proud like mommy and daddy and don't worry about what those sad people think of you baby!

If you don't like it that's fine but never try to make my child feel any less of a person for liking something you don't!
