confused 🤷‍♀️

My husband and I just moved to a different city, and He just started a new job, his boss is a very handsome gay man, the store next door has a gay manager as well. Here comes the issue: my husband just told me that both guys told him that they have a crush on him which at first I thought was funny and didn't think much of it. But, recently the manager of the store next door keeps giving my husband treats and gifts everyday and this is starting to make me feel very uncomfortable, so I started snooping around. The  other day I saw a text from that guy that said:" are we doing this today or what?". And I can tell that my husband has been deleting the previous text from the conversation. Yesterday I saw another one that said: "thanks, I love you man". Last night I confronted him and told him that I had no issue with him having gay friends but all the gifts are really starting to annoy me and he got mad at me saying that since he's not into men there's no problem on him getting gifts form this guy. Ughh I'm very upset and honestly I don't know what to think or do... 🙁😑
