Need some suggestions on quitting smokeing I smoke a pack a day and I'm sick of it... I cut my self down with my first one but it was a lot essayer I was in a non smokeing house and worked at mcdonalds. Now I work at a bar that smokes and now in a house with smokers so cuttin down or quitting cold turkey is a lot harder and my doctor dosent recommend the patches or the gum so I'm kinda stuck on what my options are if someone got suggestions or idea plz feel free to share
