personal life at work/Human Resourcess

So I have been working at this job for a year and a half now and I love it. However, I found out that one of my assistant managers have been talking about my personal life to everyone on the team. I was going through a very bad time with my boyfriend (we worked it out) and someone else told me that she said "I feel bad for her, but I never really liked him" keep in mind she BARELY even knows him. She's been disrespectful towards him for a very long time trying to say I shouldn't marry him because all relationships are a lie. She's going through a divorce so I've let things slide but she's been talking about my relationship to everyone in a negative way to the point where it's overwhelming and I hate going to work because of her. I don't know if I should talk to her first or go to Human Resources (I'm a huge introvert and I don't feel comfortable talking about it to her.)
