can i eat cinnamon while pregnant?

So i've been craving cinnabon for weeks now but i've been told cinnamon causes miscarriages, is this true??

You can eat cinnamon buns, you can eat things with cinnamon in it. I've seen someone ask this before. Anyone telling you otherwise is ill informed and frankly a little dumb. Cinnamon is not going to hurt your baby; if you were to injest a potent cinnamon essential oil or extract or something like that then you probably risking something, but that is very different then the spice cinnamon.

my MIL has always warned us about it cinnamon and miscarriage it could possibly cause miscarriage but in your early pregnancy like in first trimester so guess what ? I googled it and it's true can cause natural miscarriage so for me personally it's not worth the risk good luck

I've been eating cinnamon also.. I'm 19+1. No problems so far and I've had it since the beginning. Eat that cinnamon roll and enjoy it!! 😁
