Weird question but I just received a bag of salt water taffy from a friend I wasn't sure what flavors were what so I was about to eat a piece and licked it to check the flavor and it was black licorice which I am not a fan of. But then I started to worry because I remember reading that black licorice can cause miscarriage. Do you think just licking the piece of taffy is enough licorice to cause damage?
