Hey ladies I'm just wanting to know what the correct method is for stimulating nipples to induce labour? How many minutes doing it then how many minutes stopping etc?

What are some other natural things to get labour going? I am willing to try anything apart from castor oil. I'm getting induced on Monday and really want this baby to come naturally! So please send any advice you have my way!
