Sciatic nerve pain?

Anyone else have problems with their sciatic nerve at 10w4d? I can only lay a certain way because I have a shooting pain in my butt. I thought it was a little too early for this but it hurts if I try to lay down. What can I do?

I've had it since about 10 weeks, unfortunately there's nothing to do 😓 stretching definitely helps me.

I had sciatic pain before pregnancy, its definitely worse now. What helps is pregnancy yoga. If it gets too severe, your doc can prescribe physical therapy to help.

There isnt much you can do, you just sorta have to ride it out. Both my pregnancies around 20 weeks the baby started laying on a nerve sending shooting pain down my legs n bottom n back and my doctor have said trying walking it out n stretching or hot showers
