Would you name your child a similar name to your sister child?

My husband and I like the name Brayden but my nephews name is Raiden. Is it to similar?

Yeah it's similar but who cares. If you both like that name then keep it. I hate when people feel they have to change their name of the baby for the sake of other people. It's just a name first of all and second like I just said if you both like it and agree to it that's all that matters!

My brothers name is Ryan and my cousins name is Brian. My cousin is 29 and my brother is 19. My aunt was mad at first bc it was similar but got over it pretty quick.
