Help!?!?
So for years I've never had a problem with physical activities or anything that had to do with fitness. I was actually a wrestler for my highschool wrestling team so I've never had issues. But after I quit the team I started having awful panic attacks when I exercise. My pulse gets really fast and beats abnormal, i start to get dizzy and then i start to panic. I have panic attacks often and these symptoms happen every time but now I can't exercise without having one. Is there anyone else that has this problem or at least knows whats going on?
