It all started when I was young, almost to young to remember. I suppressed it for a while but as to be expected it didn't last long. I don't really want to get into details about the abuse but I just wanted to know if anyone gets nightmares. Still 2 years after it stopped I still get nightmares on a regular basis. The nightmares are like a movie playing back in my head. How do I get rid of them? Any suggestions because it take a tole on my day to day life.
