Concerned and need some advice...

Hi ladies! So... I need some advice...again 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️! I'm sorry but I am on CD 41 and per this glow app 12dpo (which by the way keeps changing!) here's some history the wicked witch was due 6/6 and I did an hpt that day, then the 12th and then today but none with FMU and all negatives. I still have none of my typical AF signs/symptoms but am experiencing some tugging and pressure and slight stabbing pains some that come and go and a long dull uncomfortable pain that is pretty much constant in my lower abdomen. So since the 6th glow has said your period is due and every time I click the "my period is late" option it pushes AF arrival back 2 days and bounces me between 12 & 13 dpo. I got nervous because of the pain and called the urgent care and nurse and they both said go in to the ER today since I can't get in to see my gyno asap. The one nurse says it's possible I am experiencing an ectopic and should be seen asap. Not sure if I am feeling what she is saying.  Any advice any one can give??
