infected tooth! 😬

I have a permanent baby tooth I found out was decayed during my cleaning at 5 months preg. It would require extraction and the root was so small, there was such a little chance of abscess. I was hoping it could last until I gave birth. However I'm 31 weeks and the gum around it is now infected. I know it's needing to be pulled asap.
