So I've been having unprotected sex and I went to the doctor today for a vaginal ultrasound to make sure all the tissue passed after my miscarriage 4 weeks ago and they tested me and the urine pregnancy test came back negative, could there be a chance that I conceived in that 3 weeks after my miscarriage but it's not showing up yet?
