hey guys we miscarried at 12 weeks with Twins. Our D&C was 3 weeks ago. Today I started having a little aching in my uterus area. I recovered good and didn't have any pain afterwards. So this kind of came out of nowhere. Could it be ovulation pains or still just my uterus shrinking back down to normal size? They said my uterus was measuring around 18 weeks in size. Any thoughts or comments would be helpful.
