absent father now wants the title of father

Hey ladies I need your advice so I have 3 daughters one of them is from a previous relationship when i was a Teenager i got pregnant at 14 had my daughter at 15 yes i know i was too young but I still took responsibility for my actions . When me and bd found out i was pregnant he wanted to break up with me.I was barely 2 or 3 months when this happened i really wanted him to be there for me and our baby but we ended breaking up bc he hit me while I was pregnant but i still wanted to be with him so everyday i would go beg for him to be with me and our baby but that didnt happen i ended leaving to mexico bc my mom took me i was in such deep depression that she wanted the best for me so i left to mexico came back about 2months before giving birth to my daughter at this point i had zero contact with bd but i still wanted him there after i had the baby I called him and let him know taht the baby was born he came to my house to see baby but didnt show any interest in her later his mom told me he wanted me to move in with him but everything was A lie of hers so i could go live with her and she could have baby near her. i lived with them, staying in the living room for about a month and he would bring his gf around and she would put stuff in his head telling him the baby wasnt his and more things then i realized that I had to move on i moved back with my mom and found a guy who is now my husband he took care of my daughter since she was 3 or 4 mths and has been with her ever since. when she was 2 I got a court notice that i had to go. I went they did an  DNA test on her with him and came out positive (of course) they then gave me another court date to appear with the judge but we didnt even talk to judge they had everything ready for us we just signed some papers according that he was gonna pay child support and visit her but he never showed up for visitations. The first weekend that he had to visit I contacted him and asked him if he was gonna come see her he said "no as long as im paying child support they cant do nothing to me" after he told me that i realized that i was not gonna beg him to be a father to my daughter when she already had my husband.
