I told my mom that she can be in the room with my SO and I during delivery, because it would kill her if I didn't let her. But then I felt bad leaving out my boyfriends mom, so now both grandmas will be there. I'm okay with them being here for the birth for at least part of it. I'm more concerned for after during skin to skin, I want some private time just for me and my SO to bond with her. And I know if it's right after birth everyone's adrenaline will be going crazy and they won't want to or remember to leave to give us some privacy after, even though my mom said she would leave whenever I ask, I feel like she will get caught up in the moment and forget to. When that time comes what's a not rude way to kick the grandmas out of the room right after she's born?
