Lamaze or Bradley method for natural child birth??

Question

I really want to have a natural childbirth and am looking for fellow moms who have tried either the Bradley method or Lamaze during labor.. which worked well for you?? Any other suggestions or tips on have to have a medication free child birth? I am 23 weeks today expecting my first baby!

I went with Bradley method last time and loved it. I'll be brushing up on it again this time. If you're a yogi, it's a great choice as you pretty much already understand breathing through pain.

I'm looking into hypnobirthing.

I was going to go with a doula but I didn't realize that my mom wanted to be my "doula" 🙄😬 didn't have the energy to deal with all of that so I'm having her read up on hypnobirthing and doula techniques/birthing advice.

Have you looked into working with a doula?  My first was unmedicated and the doula made all the difference. She knew great positions, how and where to apply counter pressure and overall helped me stay calm and focused.
