I'm 6 weeks pregnant I have my first ever drs appointment for it on Tuesday, this morning I was making my bf breakfast and my egg had a double yolk. Annnd I ordered  a baby onesie on Etsy that came in today, they sent me TWO. Wouldn't that be a trip if I had twins? Twins don't run in my family tho and we concieved naturally. Has anyone had twins even though they don't run in the fam and without fertility meds?
