I just found out I was pregnant about 3 days ago. I'm about 4 weeks, so not very far along. I had a mc in April and I'm concnerned because I've heard that everyone has horrible morning sickness and I don't have any. I get a very sick feeling when I'm hungry but it goes away after I eat and I am a little more tired than usual. I have no spotting, no bleeding - nothing like that. With my mc I started spotting very early then miscarried at 8 weeks so I'm hoping it's a good sign that I haven't seen any blood? Has anyone else had virtually no symptoms at 4 weeks and been fine? I'm just so stressed over having another miscarriage that I would actually welcome painfully sore boobs and horrible morning sickness to know that the baby was there!!! Sounds crazy, I know!
