What are the signs of a miscarriage? This is my first pregnancy, and I had a TV scan at 6w5d to confirm. There was a heartbeat visible as well. I was super nauseas, spotting from implantation and exhausted for a week and a half, then it all just stopped.
My next appointment isn't until July 6 and I'll be 10w4d. She did blood work the first time around and didn't seem concerned at all.
Im still second guessing my body. I don't feel pregnant at all, and I'm still losing weight. I wish I could just get a quick ultrasound to confirm everything is still going well in there 😔
