Can some one help

Took a test on Wed and it was positive went the doctor and they said yes it pregnant, but from Thursday I've jade heavy bleeding and the doctor said I might of had a early misscarge or I might still be pregnant. My mum thinks I still could be causes she had heavy bleeding wen she had me and I need to get checked , now the bleeding has lasted 3 days and seems to be getting lighter , any answers please xxx 🤞😢🤞🤞
