Wacky Periods After Nexplanon Removal

Here's a little bit of my back story: I had an early miscarriage in 2011 when I was a senior in high school. I got married in May of 2012 and it took until April of 2014 to get pregnant with our little girl. After I stopped breastfeeding, I tried a few different birth control methods. In June of 2016, I had Nexplanon inserted. I absolutely hated. In December of 2016, we decided to try for baby number 2 so I had Nexplanon removed. My periods have sucked ever since. I started tracking them using the My Days app in March. March 28-31 was a normalish period. April 25-29 was light spotting but no period. May 19-23 was another normalish period. June 11-13 was light spotting again but no period. I had a blood pregnancy test done on June 15th and it was negative. How long is it supposed to take for your normal periods to return after Nexplanon removal? Should I make an appointment with my gynecologist?
