diaper bags?! what's in yours?

What do you carry in your diaper bags now? Do you still carry a diaper bag?

Looking for one to better organize the snacks, the toys, the change of clothes and essentials

As my little guy just started walking I purchased a small first aid kit that fits into my summer backpack.  I also bring 2 diapers, wet whips, change of clothes, soother and small toy.

I got my daughter this little giraffe book bag that's adorable. She's not wearing it yet or anything but it's the perfect little bag instead of a huge diaper bag. We usually have that bag with a couple diapers and wipes for outings, and also a lunch box depending how long we're going out for

I just switched from a diaper bag to a skip hop backpack.

I just carry my purse and have a pack of wipes, a few diapers, and a Ziploc bag of snacks and she carries her water
