Coq10 Ubiquinol Earlier ovulation??

I am on month #4 TTC for my rainbow baby. This cycle I started to take Coq10 Ubiquinol 200mg/day. That is the only thing that I did different this cycle. I have ovulated on CD16 for the last 3 cycles. I got my positive ovulation test today CD13. Has anyone had Ubiquinol move their ovulation earlier or read anything like this happening? 😊 Hoping a change will lead to a positive test and my rainbow baby! 🌈
