ladies, what would you do?

You've been dating this guy for 3 months. You guys got really serious, even went as far as buying eachother gifts, and both have an understanding that you guys are exclusive you only deal with eachother. All of a sudden he starts acting distant, you ask him what's wrong and he says he is going through things and he needs time on his own, you give him his space and you then find out (via social media) that another girl is involved with him and he has been spending time with her. Would you confront him and then move on or would you just wait for him to text you however long that may be and not say anything and dissappear on him? Let me know! I want you guys personal opinions so I can see what is right on how to go about this
