To go or not to go

Hello- please let me know what you would do. Okay so about four days ago the dog elbowed me in my lower abdomen about right where baby is. It has since been a stabbing pain in my stomach (all over and sometimes more in other spots) and also a stabbing in my lower back. It hurts to move and even hurts after I've been resting in a spot for a while so it has been constant for the last four almost five days. There's no bleeding however, but I've had a headache. I'm 16 weeks. Obgyn has been closed- should I go to ER?
