I've had actual period feeling cramps on and off. This whole pregnancy cramps have been my only issue. I have round ligament pain once in a while but I can tell it feels different. My coworker is pregnant with her second and I asked her about it (we have the same doctor even) and she said she was told it was completely normal. I brought it up at my 20 week appt and my doctor said the same thing. I'm 25 weeks now and my baby boy is healthy and measuring right on target. If you start bleeding or the pain becomes too much, get to your doctor asap. Otherwise it's normal and you call in to speak with a nurse in your doctor's office to make sure for some reassurance.
