weird spotting

I'm on nexplanon, currently taking a low dose pill to control the bleeding. Which worked fine for a week now i get cramps and spot once a day... but it's like passing a blood clot i guess then the bleeding stops, just to start again. When I'm not passing some random clot I have a lot of white discharge. Basically constantly feels like the day before I get my period. Idk what to do I'm taking the implant out I can't deal with the never ending period and a month on the pill and it's still happening. But anyone expirience something similar? What was it for you ? 😓😓😓😓
