Pregnancy test

Out of the blue my dream turnt into me looking at a positive pregnancy test. In the dream I was surprised and felt like cryn. I was a bit shock because I'm like half and half wanting a baby but then not ready. Do anyone knows what it could be? I'm known to have weird dreams and this is one of them
