OB change at 38 weeks

Has anyone had to deal with changing OB's at 38 weeks? My current OB tried to force an induction on me today that I discovered, after a second opinion, is not medically necessary. She did this so that she can deliver me before she goes on vacation on Wednesday of this week. I have waited so long for this baby I don't need unnecessary complications. Now, she is also refusing to give me a copy of my medical records. Anyone ever face this issue? Any suggestions on what to do?
