My baby is 2 weeks old and 3 days and he hates sleeping in his bassinet next to our bed. He will fall asleep on me for hours (while I am awake) or sleep in his rock and play during the day, but he hates being put in his bassinet. He screams after being in it for 5 minutes, even after he's been fed and changed. Then he wakes up sometimes every hour. I am worried having him sleep in rock and play since he's more sitting at an incline than laying flat. I also am not comfortable with co-sleeping with him on me since I am a light sleeper but wondering if anyone else had this happen and what you did to solve this dilemma?
