Please someone help me figure this out. Baby has these red bumps scattered over her face and on her neck/ shoulder area. We will be going in for her check up tomorrow but I need to know if this is a rash due to something or if it's baby acne that will go away. I'm worried because she's gotten more red bumps within the last 3 days. She's been fussy too so I don't know if it's uncomfortable for her. 😢 my poor baby.
